GoWorldCup.net Terms & Conditions

1. INTRODUCTION
These Terms and Conditions govern all bookings made through GoWorldCup.net, a platform operated by Adansi Travels Ltd, a company registered in Ghana. By making a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. BOOKING & PAYMENT
Bookings may be made via:
- Full payment at time of booking, or
- Minimum 50% deposit

The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 May. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation.

Accepted payment methods:
- Card (Visa/Mastercard)
- Bank Transfer
- Mobile Money

All prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD). Payments may be displayed in Ghana Cedis (GHS) due to account domiciliation, but final conversion will be based on USD rates. Exchange rate fluctuations may apply.

3. BOOKING VALIDITY
Bookings placed on hold are valid for 72 hours pending payment. If payment is not received within this period, the booking will be automatically cancelled without notice.

4. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
- Bookings are refundable only if requested within 48 hours of booking AND before 30 May.
- After 48 hours, all bookings become non-refundable.
- Approved refunds are subject to a $50 administrative fee.
- Refunds will be processed within 2 weeks after validation.
- Booking replacements are allowed at a fee of $100 per change.

All travel-related issues, including visa denial, travel delays, missed matches, or personal circumstances, fall under this policy.

5. MATCH TICKETS
Match tickets are arranged as part of the package through structured arrangements by Adansi Travels.

- Tickets will be delivered in May or at least 1 month before the match date.
- Delivery timelines depend on official ticket release schedules.
- Ticket category is based on allocation and package booked. For package booked, the match ticket category is based on category 3
- In case of rescheduling, tickets remain valid subject to governing ticket policies.

This campaign is a private initiative of Adansi Travels and has no affiliation with FIFA or the Ghana Football Association.

6. ACCOMMODATION
- Accommodation is based on single room occupancy within shared apartment units.
- Shared bathroom facilities apply.
- Guests must accept shared living conditions.

Upgrade option (Toronto only):
- Private bathroom and queen bed upgrade available for $250 for the full stay.

Stay duration is fixed per package and cannot be altered.

Guests are responsible for:
- Any damages or incidentals
- Compliance with accommodation rules

Adansi is not liable for:
- Roommate issues
- Noise
- Loss of personal belongings

Misconduct may result in removal without refund.

7. TRANSPORT
Transport to and from stadiums is arranged through contracted bus services.

Adansi is not liable for delays or failures caused by transport providers.

8. TRAVEL RESPONSIBILITY
Flights and visas are not included.

This platform targets travelers who:
- Already have visas, or
- Do not require visas

Clients are responsible for:
- Travel eligibility
- Entry into destination countries

9. FORCE MAJEURE
Adansi Travels shall not be liable for events beyond its control, including:
- Match rescheduling or cancellation
- Government restrictions
- Transport disruptions
- Health emergencies

If a match is cancelled, outcomes will follow governing ticket policies.

Accommodation refunds do not apply in such cases.

10. THIRD-PARTY LIABILITY
Adansi Travels acts as an intermediary for:
- Accommodation providers
- Transport providers

Adansi shall not be liable for failures or issues arising from third parties.

11. SERVICE DELIVERY FAILURE
If Adansi fails to deliver a booked service due to lack of inventory:
- Full refund will be provided

12. WEBSITE USE
Adansi reserves the right to:
- Correct pricing or system errors
- Refuse or cancel bookings
- Modify package details with equivalent alternatives

All website content is protected and may not be copied or reproduced.

13. DATA USAGE
Client data is collected solely for service delivery and related offerings.

14. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ghana.

Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Ghana before proceeding to courts.

15. ACCEPTANCE
By completing a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
